8.2 Money-Back Guarantee (Prorated Refund)
We stand behind the quality of our services with a Money-Back Guarantee. If at any time you decide to cancel your subscription and have unused credits remaining, you may request a prorated refund. The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of unused credits relative to the total number of credits available in your subscription plan.
