Welcome to a world of rhythm and fun with our Percussion Play Instrument Exploration! This exciting activity introduces young children to the fascinating world of percussion instruments, encouraging them to explore and collaborate. Students will try many percussion instruments, and practice listening to music for cues by “freezing.” Percussion play is a dynamic and multifaceted activity that supports children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development while laying a strong foundation for musical growth.
