Hi. I’m Angela Kelly, Founder of Creative Music Room.
I’m often asked, “Why offer teachers printable downloads instead of tech-based learning tools?”
One of our core missions at CMR is helping kids learn in ways that screens simply can’t. Screens don’t teach eye contact, turn-taking, compromise, empathy, or how to read another person’s face. But group music-making does. Partner clapping games do. Call-and-response, ensemble skills, movement, singing, and shared laughter…these are the moments that help kids practice being part of a community.
Thank you for believing in this kind of learning and for choosing resources that bring students together through music, creativity, and connection. I’m excited to support you with lessons, songs, and activities that help your students grow as musicians and as humans.
